Please use the following form to establish initial contact with MemoryBox and share your unique family story. We believe that each family story matters and brings an additional critical piece to the Jewish story.

 

After submitting the following form, a MemoryBox Officer will contact you to set an appointment and learn about your family history. Please feel free to begin assembling family documents such as letters from the WW2 era, ancient immigration documents, photographs of a family member during a historical event, and more. Documents do not have to be exclusively from Europe or related to WW2.
